This is their main office as well as ticketing office. They use kiosk for priority number and inputting the pasengers details. They DONT ACCEPT CREDITCARDS. Limited space parking. The owners son showcases his wealth online but does not improve the facilities or his ship. Roaches noted on this building.

Your teller/counter is sluggish and inefficient. In fact, it should have a smooth transaction because of the numbering system where you've already manually entered your details before going to the counter. You should have anticipated the influx of passengers during peak season, however, you don't seem to give a damn! Won’t recommend!

It seems normal, acceptable ship, there is a smell of salty sea breeze during the trip. Particularly clean everywhere, but washbasins weren't that clean. Moreover, someone of the staff put a mop with a dirty rag on top of the washbasin. The flush in the toilet doesn't work, so people had to flush from a makeshift dipper. This is not serious. I can underline the main big disadvantage. It was the delay in departure for almost 1 hour. Such a long delay is strong, hard, passionate. To be honest, this 1 hour delay of ship departure feels worse than a sudden missed period for a girl who had a boyfriend who abandoned her shortly before

Visited this place to book our tickets. They have a kiosk needed to book before paying to the cashier, since it's lunch time, there's a long que of passengers, it took me around 20-30 minutes before my turn to input my booking details. It would be better if they join online booking site like barkota, less hassle and more passengers can book.
